Add Google Form to Phone Homepage

This will show you how to add a Google form or sheet to the home screen of your cellphone for easy access. This is commonly used for the "ATI Vehicle Audit Checklist"

1. Navigate to the form via URL, this can be provided by Office Manager via email or chat and will open in your Chrome browser. Hit the 3 dots on the top right

2. Select the "Add to Home screen" option

3. Confirm the name of the form and select "Add"

4. Select "Add" again

5. Locate the Form on your home screen and move it where desired.
