ATI Helpdesk Guide on Downloading Cell Phone applications

Welcome to the ATI Helpdesk Guide on Downloading Cell Phone applications
This guide will walk you through how to download personal applications that are needed on your new TMobile Cell phone with IBM MaaS 360 installed
1. First we will want to add a personal Google account(Gmail). If you don’t have one you can create one quickly here for free: Create your Gmail Account Here
2. Open the Settings app, you can search for the application or you can swipe down with your finger from the top of the phone and hit the gear icon

3. Next, find the Accounts menu item, and select Manage Accounts and then scroll down and click add account

4. Select Google and then enter in the new email you entered in the sign in box

5. This should add your personal account to the phone. Next Open the google play store and select the colored circle in the upper right to swap the account to your newly added personal Gmail. You can view the steps below on how to accomplish this

Now that you have selected your personal Gmail account you can browse the playstore and download any needed apps on the phone without restriction.
If you still have issues after this please open a ticket via the Helpdesk button on your OKTA page.
Thanks!
