How do I submit a ticket/work order?
You can submit a ticket/work order by accessing the ATI Helpdesk app on Okta on your PC or cell phone/tablet. Pick which device you're using (PC or cell phone/tablet) and follow the instructions below.
PC
1. Navigate to ATI's Okta page (https://atirestoration.okta.com/).

2. Once Okta has loaded, click on ATI Helpdesk.

3. Once ATI Helpdesk has loaded, click on New Ticket (red button near top right-hand corner).

4. Once you've clicked New Ticket, a Submit a ticket page should load. Fill out all of the required fields. When finished, hit Submit to complete ticket submission.

Cell Phone (or tablet)
1. Navigate to the Freshservice app and open it.

2. Once the app opens, select the text box under Helpdesk URL.

3. In the text box, enter in atirestoration.freshservice.com and press next.

4. A pop up asking you to select from Google Chrome or Samsung Internet (or whatever other internet browsers are on the device) may show. Select Google Chrome. Skip this step if you do not get this pop up.

5. A page should load with the Freshworks logo and a Sign in with SSO button. Tap on the Sign in with SSO button.

6. A page that says Connecting to should appear along with the ATI logo.

7. Enter in your ATI username or email address and password in their respective fields and hit Sign-in. Optionally, check the Remember me box so your credentials aren't required often.

8. Your security question for Okta will now appear, enter your security answer, and tap Verify.

9. Once you've been redirected to the app's main page, navigate to the top left-hand corner. Click the 3 little lines to the left of the word Tickets to open a menu (it may also say To-Do).

10. Select Tickets from the menu to show your open and/or pending tickets/work orders.
11. Tap the + sign (bottom right-hand corner).
12. Fill out all of the required fields. Attach any screenshots or photos by clicking the paper clip (top right-hand corner) and hit the checkmark (top right-hand corner) to complete ticket submission.
