MobiControl - Installation Guide

1. Open Chrome and navigate to https://soti.net/oem

2. Once the page has loaded, select Android Classic - OEM Specific Agents and Plugins

3. Click the drop-down box under Manufacturer and select Samsung or Kyocera

4. After that, click the drop-down box under Model and select Samsung ELM or Kyocera Duraforce Pro

5. After that, the Agent should default to a selection. If it didn't default to a selection, click on the newest Agent.

6. Click Download and then click Continue to allow Chrome to access storage and Download.

7. Select OK to proceed, then Open. Open with Package Installer.

8. Select Settings and switch the Toggle to Allow from this source. Press the Chrome back button. Select Install. Select Open.

9. Select Allow for 5 Mobi permission popups.

10. Enter Enrollment ID: WEZSWW36.

11. Enter the username (e.g. Newly.hired) and password.

12. Select in the pending actions, Device admin policy pending. Activate.

13. Select License activation pending. Check the box for the read and agree policy and select Confirm.

14. Next, in Usage Data Access, select MobiControl. Switch the toggle On for Allow usage tracking.
