Creating a user
**ENSURE THEY HAVE ENROLLED IN FotoIN App Users in AD**
1. Go to Website: https://cloud.fotoin.com/#login and login with the Helpdesk account. This may already be set up in your Okta. Follow up with one of the Helpdesk technicians on the current password.
2. Select the tab Admin Console. Under Users, Roles & Permissions, select Continue.

3. Select the New User button on the top right.

Fill in First name, Last name, Email.

Under Access:
Field Tech: select Mobile App to Upload Only and Web Portal to None.
Admin:: Select Mobile app to Upload Only and Web Portal to Admin.
Uncheck Validate Email and Require Password Change. Type in the new password to the same as the AD account password.
Select Create.

Disabling a user
1. Go to Website: https://cloud.fotoin.com/#login and login with the Helpdesk account. This may already be set up in your Okta. Follow up with one of the Helpdesk technicians on the current password.
2. Select the tab Admin Console. Under Users, Roles & Permissions, select Continue.

3. Type in the user's account in the search box.

4. Select Manage.

5. Set Mobile app and Web portal to None and Save.
