ECONZ Timecard GPS - Reset Field Worker's ECONZ Profile
There will be instances where some field workers switch to a new device due to previously owning a defective device or replacing a damaged device. When that happens, those field workers need their ECONZ profile to reset in ECONZ Admin. If it isn't reset in ECONZ Admin, they will be unable to log into ECONZ Timecard GPS on their new device causing them to manually fill out their timesheet. Follow the instructions below to reset an ECONZ profile.
1. Open ECONZ Timecard in Okta.

2. Navigate to Admin.

3. Hover to Manage Field Workers and click it

4. Select your Field Worker by clicking their ID (use the search bar to quickly find them).

5. Click Advanced.

6. Hit Reset.

7. The Field Worker should now be able to log into the new device without having issues.
