How do I access pVault?

You can access PVault through the ATI Remote Resources (RADC) folder in the Windows Start menu. Follow the steps below.

1. Click the Windows Start button (located on the bottom left-hand corner) or by hitting the Windows button on your keyboard.

2. A menu should appear, navigate to ATI Remote Resources (RADC) and click on the folder to expand it.

3. Scroll down and locate pVault. Click on pVault.

4. The pVault window should appear, ensure the Windows Authentication option is selected in Authentication. If it isn't, click the drop-down box next to Authentication and select Windows Authentication. Once ensured the Windows Authentication portion, click Login. No password entry is required.

5. You are now logged into pVault!
