How do I access Mitel Connect directory/softphone app?

Mitel Connect is a directory application that allows you to quickly access and dial users within ATI quickly without the need for dialing numbers manually on your deskphone. For many others, such as the Contact Center or the Collections Center, it is a softphone app that allows you to make calls directly from your PC.

1. Ensure the Mitel Connect application is already installed on your device by clicking the magnifying glass next the windows button (bottom left-hand corner) and entering Mitel Connect in the search bar. If it is not installed already, please submit a ticket and reach out to Help Desk to request the app to be installed.

2. Click on Mitel Connect, a login window should appear.

3. For most users, check the Use Windows Credentials box (you many need to click Show advanced for the option to appear) and your credentials will auto-fill. Once they have click Login. For the select few users, log in using your ATI email address and password assigned to you and click Login. If you forgot this password, please submit a ticket and reach out to Help Desk to reset your password.

4. You have successfully logged in and are now redirected to the app's home screen. You can now dial other user's to your desk phone or make calls directly from your PC.
