Adobe E-Sign - Creating an E-Sign Form
Summary:
1. go to appropriate opportunity/job
2. click "SendForSignatureLT" button
3. click on appropriate contract
4. click OK on the small popup to continue
5. set ATI representative who will fill out and sign as recipient 1 (defaults to PD, can be changed)
6. set client who will fill out and sign as recipient 2 (defaults to project site contact, can be changed)
7. click "Send" at bottom of screen
8. ATI representative fills out and signs (contract immediately appears on screen if recipient 1 is the current user, otherwise recipient 1 receives an email with a link to fill out and sign)
9. ATI representative clicks on "Click to Sign" button at bottom of screen to send on to recipient 2 to sign
To create a E-Sign form in Salesforce, open the job you are working in and select the Menu arrow on the right side of the page and select SendforSignatureLT.
Choose the agreement
Be sure to have the proper Project Director for the 1st Recipient (email ending in @atirestoration.com or issues will occur) and Project site contact with email selected for the 2nd Recipient. Select anything else that applies on this page. Select Send when complete.
An agreement form will then be created. Fields that need to be filled in will be in Yellow. A Next pointer 
will be found on the left side of the page indicating where you need to fill in. Once all the required fields are filled in, top right of page with say completed. If not, check for where a required field is missed.
Once the first recipient is complete, 2nd contact is notified by email to complete the form signing.
There will be a download copy available, both recipients get email attachment and attach to salesforce job located in the Agreement Section and Attachments section.

Select template
Fill in Recipients
Click save
Click to scroll around and pinch to zoom
Complete process the same as computer instructions.
