ClickShare Wireless - How To Display Screen With Audio

1. Turn on the projector by pressing the “On” button on the wall panel

2. Select HDMI 1 on the wall panel

3. Plug in the USB dongle to your computer

4. Open the USB drive if it doesn’t auto open

5. Run and Install “ClickShare_for_Windows”

6. Wait for the dongle to connect to the base unit

7. You will get a “Ready to share” message when it is ready (if audio is not necessary you can stop here, if audio is necessary please continue to step 8)

8. Right-click on the volume control on your status bar and select “Play Back Devices”

9. Select ClickShare then click “Set Default”, then click “Ok”

10. Press the button on the dongle to display your screen.
